  • What are the check-in and check-out times?

    Check-in begins at 3 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM. If you need flexibility, please contact us in advance to discuss available options.

  • Are pets allowed at the inn?

    To maintain a comfortable environment for all guests, we do not allow pets. Service animals are welcome with proper documentation.

  • How does my stay impact the local community?

  • Do you have accessible rooms?

    At this time, The Other Side Inn does not offer ADA-accessible accommodations. Due to the unique design and layout of our cottages, many units include features such as steps, narrow pathways, or other elements that may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Cancellations must be received 24 hours before the expected day of arrival. Cancellation policies may differ by arrival date and room type. If cancellation is not received by the required date, the hotel will charge for one night's accommodation.

  • What do I need to bring at check-in?

    You'll need a government-issued photo identification and a credit card or debit card for all charges plus an incidental hold.
